Abstract

In the formation process, the university student gets ready to carry out methodological and investigative functions that should characterize its way of performance. This research comes closer to the analysis of the process of initial investigation formation in the students from the Physical Culture and Sports Sciences University "Manuel Fajardo". There are deficiencies in the development of the scientific-investigative abilities, detected from the analysis of the investigative works regarded to this. Related to these deficiencies authors think about as objective: to characterize the investigative initial formation of the students of the 2nd year of Physical Culture. The study of different theoretical relating allow to approach the thematic from different points of view. The use of the scientific methods, of the theoretical level (analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction and the historical-logical), of the empiric level (observation, interviews and the consultation to specialists) and the support of the mathematical-statistical methods, allowed authors to know the initial state of the process of the students' investigative initial formation in order to characterize it.
