An initial diagnosis is made from an interview with the coach, the application of an observation guide to training, in addition to two psychological measurement techniques: Test 3-3-3 and the Pre-Start Test, which were applied to the sample, comprised of 3 gymnasts from 7 to 10 years old, so that the most used empirical methods were observation, interview and measurement. The results revealed that one girl was in a state of apathy and another in a state of fever, perceiving that the difficulties did not end because they despaired and presented some fears such as falling off the devices. The National Championship has already been developed and one of the gymnasts obtained 1st, 4th and 6th place, results that offer effectiveness to the strategy of psychological intervention applied.
