The professional improvement of sport teachers in Biomechanics.

Abstract

The upgrading of the sport professors in the application of the Biomechanics like part of the permanent formation, is sustained in the methodological theoretical fundament existent, being projected as entire and susceptible system of being adapted to the diversity of situations that can be presented derived of the changes characteristic of the socioeconomic development and the demands of the Cuban sport movement. The elaboration of the scientific result left of the diagnosis of necessities and of the use of methods of the theoretical level and practical level. The system of proposed professional upgrading, heads to the theoretical-methodological preparation and the sport professors' practice for the application of the Biomechanics in the sport training, it is integrated structurally by the methodological work, the upgrading and the investigation, elements that are interrelated in dialectics way each other. The results of their implementation, evidence a positive transformation from the current state to the one wanted of the sport professors, that which is corroborated with the approach of the users like maximum consumers of the product that are offered, when considering it pertinent and that it satisfies their necessities and expectations.
