The sport training and the pedagogic process. Some appreciations from Wrestling

Abstract

The work constitutes an analysis which starts with the teaching of the sport as one of the elements that favor the physical activity in function of the physical and mental development of human beings. On the other hand, the University of Sciences of Physical Culture and Sports (UCCFD) it is the one in charge of the formation of professionals with a high preparation level that embraces all the performance areas: the physical education, the therapeutic physical culture, the recreation and the sport. The last one is object of attention taking in consideration the sport training as a pedagogic process, it is important then, to approach points that are implicit from this perspective in the sport training of Wrestling, among them is vital the conception of the teaching and learning process and the direction of the teaching and learning process.
