Biomechanical analysis of the division by parts of the startup technique
Keywords:
technique of startup, biomechanics analysis, kinematic studyAbstract
Nowadays the exercises of competition in Weightlifting are the start and the cleanliness, these exercises have been deeply analyzed by specialists from all over the world, both in their physiological, psychological and biomechanical aspects, suffering over the years alterations in their execution techniques that have transformed them into easy to execute, safe and useful for the process of sports training. The purpose of this study was focused on a biomechanical analysis of the division by parts and phases in the technique of startup for a better execution, according to the criteria of different authors. The technique of this exercise consists of a sudden movement of force that starts from the floor to place over the head, its teaching methodology, as detailed by various authors, in this field is divided into 5 parts, called initial position, first halon phase, second halon phase, slip and recovery. Independently of the division of the starting technique all the mentioned authors respond to the same kinematic study, with the criterion.
