Abstract

Human nature has conditioned historically that social relations nuanced the different spheres of life, reflecting the successes and adversities that men and women go through in the social groups where they operate. Accost the process and the phenomenon of inclusion, is to face a problem and a challenge of the present and the future that has been emerging from social demands to science. We can not talk about inclusion if we do not meditate why its application is imperative in current policies in our countries. This phenomenon is accosted primarily by the education sector, but is currently taken into account in other areas of social development such as tourism. The objective of the work is to design actions to achieve the inclusion of disabled people in tourist installment in the province of Villa Clara. The synthesis analysis was used as methods and techniques; induction-deduction, surveys, interview, consultation with users, which allowed the determination of needs and served as the basis for the preparation of the proposal, which was considered timely and relevant in the current conditions of tourism in the province.
