Guide of observation for the control of counterattack in the Handball competitive activity competition

Abstract

In the work the proposal of an observation guide was made to control the counterattack in the competitive activity of Handball. Among the methods and techniques used, highlights the analysis of documents and the application of surveys to coaches in order to verify the need to control the counterattack during the competitive activity in handball. Bibliography on the subject was consulted. The coaches admitted the need to know the behavior of the competitive activity to develop the process of sports training, however, they develop it empirically because they do not have a tool that makes such control possible. Two workshops were held in which the brainstorming technique was applied in order to elaborate the observation guide, in order to enrich the methodological work of the coaches in order to improve their performance. The criteria collected from the specialists show the possibility of controlling the counterattacks in the competitive activity of Handball with the proposed guide. They coincide in the novelty of the observation guide, as it confirms the lack of tools for such purposes. As well as the correspondence between the actions that control the guide and the internal structure of the counterattack, they also highlight that it provides data for the development of the sports training process.
