Abstract

The present work aims at the study of the permanent knowledge improvement of the Physical Education teacher for the use of the games in the prevention drugs consumption, in which part of a diagnosis on the knowledge that these professors have on the subject, confirming some insufficiencies in the process of overcoming them. For this reason, the author set the goal of designing a permanent improvement strategy that contributes to the training of the Physical Education teacher for the use of games in the prevention of janitor drugs. A system of actions, which contribute significantly to the solution of difficulties and satisfaction of the current needs of overcoming the group of professors investigated, is designed. It was carried out in stages, in order to promote a comprehensive general culture in the teachers of the Physical Education and Sports Department of the Central University «Marta Abreu» de Las Villas. As the most important actions are: the specialized conference, the course and the experiential workshop, offering all teachers the possibility to self-assess the state of transformation of their actions, the exchange of opinions from the acquisition of knowledge and confrontations to situations problems. It was considered, on the part of the specialists, feasible for its implementation
