System for evaluating basic motion abilities in children with mild mental retardation from the special physical education

Abstract

In Cuba the Special Physical Education aims to develop skills and motor skills in children with
special educational needs on the basis of curricular adjustments. Which allows linking to society, not
only motor possibilities, but also with personal values created by the execution of each exercise. At
work a set of drivers to assess the development of Motor Skills in students with psychomotor disorders by brain injuries Mental Retardation specialty special schools "Rolando Perez Quintosa"
and "Pablo de la Torriente Brau" indicators presented, the municipality Santa Clara, in order to
improve the intervention of a physical education teacher from more objective perspective of the
needs in schools presented by these students. the pedagogical dimension, the dimension doctor
biological, psychological dimension, the dimension: a finding in the study of motor and socio-family
needs, ensuring evaluate more comprehensively considering different dimensions of development of
school as they are performed social and economic dimension. Among the methods used are: the case
study, group dynamics, interviews, document analysis and techniques can appreciate: tests to assess
motor skills in conjunction with motor skills and autovalidismo of school.
