Abstract

Autism is a disorder that affects an individual's ability to have any social and communicative interaction; It is characterized by patterns of isolation and stereotyped behaviors with different levels of severity. The purpose of this research is to provide instruments and sports programs, which contribute to social processes and engines in people with autism, speaking of sport refers to physical activity or physical exercise that seeks to develop and empower skills and physical skills . In sport is an area called sport-tuned; aimed at people with disabilities (lost or low mental and sensory abilities). Adapted sport constitutes an exceptional for personal, social and psychological development of the autistic population factor.
This systematic investigation was carried out under the hermeneutical qualitative approach provides instruments and programs which contribute to an improvement in the quality of life in people with autism, according to the interpretation that has been given to the 23 studies found (Thesis and articles), which consist of an intervention program which favor an improvement in the autistic population, both in social processes such as motors, these being collected from various databases and repositories university studies.
