Metodological strategies for teenagers with stress using skate in the school

Abstract

This article gathers information on methodological strategies that are carried out in physical activity such as skating on stress prevention in adolescents in schools. A literature review of articles and studies on stress prevention in adolescents in countries like was performed. Spain, England, Colombia, Argentina, United States, Chile, Costa Rica and Mexico, in the period between the years 2009-2015. The methodology of this research was based on the literature review, we investigated about the methods that are implemented in Physical Activity and Stress prevention in adolescents of school. Thus, the reviews of 38 articles from different sources allowed evoke and generate suggestions for working with adolescents the level of schooling. The consultation facilitated determines that physical activity is a method to prevent school stress; also they showed symptoms of behavior in adolescents as negative and aggressive against peers and teachers reactions. Physical Activity focused on teenagers skating facilitates teamwork, individual challenges that require self-discipline and training guide
