Abstract

Nowadays models are used more frequently to study the essence of phenomena related to the transforming and cognitive activity of mankind. It is necessary instruments used in education to modify the school practice and to erich the theory.Starting from the study ok different authors we have been able to stablish the general features of the model we want to take into account. The wide variety of models, which are sometimes contradictories, related to the same object is determined by the theoretical positions assumed during the analysis in study. In the literature on the subject there isa great number of definitions about models, in some cases they emphasize the functions of the models, for example:“the scientific model is a research instruments with theoretical or material character, createdby the scientist to reproduce the phenomenon in study. The model is a simplifiedreproduction of the reality, it carries out a heuristies function as it allows us to discover and study new relationships and cualities of the object in study” Pérez (1996:80).The aim of this project work in to propose a pedagogical model for the formation of the political culture at the junior –high level of education.
