Principles for the individualization of out of sport training: deepening and approach to their foundations

Abstract

It carried out a deepening and approach to the foundations out of training, taking into consideration that it is a young process. For their understanding includes five stops in those that are contents whose nature allowed to build and to explain the foundations that support the genesis of the principles that intend settles down. It leaves of the paper that plays the given training their high demands around the process, the competition, the competitive results and the competition rules. All these demands cause transformations and adaptations in the sportsman's organism that when retiring without a correct process of out of condition of training, it exposed to risks for their health and quality of life. Therefore, the demands of the training make to think of the athleteswhen they retired, they need to readapt to the new conditions of life. The principles represent a way to achieve the conception and operation of better processes. The same way Grosser, M. exposed different classification from the principles of the training offered by Mateveev, L., in function of assuring the adaptation, we understand a necessary to be out of training in the conceptions of principles contributed by Alonso, Forteza and López in it. This way the foundations out of training are systematized from an insurance perspective to the individualization of the process and their activities. In this reside the novelty and the originality of the proposed principles.
