Interactive pedagogical alternatives for values education in juvenile aquatic pole

The work studies the education in values, of so much relevance for the formation of the integral man to the one that aspires the Cuban society, making a derivation from the general thing to the particular thing to intrude in the sport environment of this process in the aquatic juvenile pole. It is a pertinent investigation, for the sustained concern of INDER with relationship to the integral formation of the sportsmen in socially accepted values and those characteristic of the olympic ideal.It was developed in three interrelated stages: a diagnostic phase about the education in values that it would facilitate the second of an interactive process for the design of alternative pedagogic and a third in which the designed alternatives are valued. The thesis postulates the conception of consenting to the education in values from the same interior of this formative process, with the perspective of the participant fellows been founded in the Popular Education that postulates the diagnostic triple of the reality In the practical order the work it contributes methodological aspects for the education process in values in the sport activity, digital and printed materials, technical of participation for interactional in this process, generalizable to formative diverse environments of the juvenile sport. The diagnostic phase allowed verifying in the official thing the declaration of social values and the absence of roads to consent to its education. In relationship the sport professors stand out the pedagogic conception centered in the professor's figure and their limitations cognitive and methodological, while the studying athletes confirm in their declarations their implication with the activity that you/they carry out and the recognition of fundamentally moral values that you/they assume special relevance in their daily relationships.
