Abstract

The present investigation refers to the efforts made in the control of resistance training in the field and in the modifications that have occurred since the introduction of Rally Point. The experiences in the quality of the special physical tests in the Program of Volleyball Athlete and to take into account the transformations that Volleyball has had at the present time, which is manifested in the hitman of the time of game, what makes that the sea More intense The issue addresses how to face resistance training with a new vision, taking into account the demands and characteristics of modern volleyball. The need for the content of resistance to be closely linked to the actions of play in our sport, is an extraordinary idea for the conduct of our research, hence it proposes us according to the characterization of the training of this ability, carried out in Investigations Previous, tester a physical test for the control of the special resistance in the women's volleyball team of the category 16-18 years of the province of Villa Clara. The methods used in the research were reviewed by bibliography, measurement, test, survey and documentary analysis. We performed a validation process of the test and the tests, proving its possible use after having checked statistically its Criteria of Validity (Content, Discrimination, Estimation) and Reliability (Stability).
